Frontline music producer, ID Cabasa, told THISDAY in a phone call that the gospel artiste slumped and died Friday morning in his Lagos home.
Insides sources said Sammie Okposo slumped few weeks ago.
He may have been battling heart-related complications.
Since his sex scandal, the musician had been off the social radar, avoided friends and gone into seclusion.
